One address you actually read, one six-digit code, and your store account exists with its first reward on it. Your share code and your dashboard are ready the moment you're in.

New to Peptmate? Get the app first — the address you confirm here has to be the one on your Peptmate account.

Current status (17 September 2026). The programme is running as a limited live test, not an open launch. Opting in creates your account at the store and its joining credit. The 60-day condition beside this form is published, and Peptmate now evaluates it on its side; the store does not yet pause, restore or withhold credit on it, so nothing is being paused, restored or withheld from anyone while that is the case.

We email a code to check the address, then create your store account against it. Nothing is created until the code is confirmed.

What you are opting in to

A reward is store credit at a separate online store run by another business. It is not money, and Peptmate does not sell, supply or ship anything. Opting in creates an account for you at that store using the address you confirm here, and our Privacy policy names the company that receives it.

The 60-day condition

Tier 1 is a $35 store credit for joining, and it is the only reward in the programme with a time condition on it.
It stays live while you have had at least one activated referral in the last 60 days.
If 60 days pass without one, the joining credit is paused. It is not cancelled, not forfeited and not taken off your balance.
Your next activated referral restores it, with nothing to do and nothing to ask us for. The window is rolling: it runs from your most recent activated referral, so each new one starts the 60 days again.

The tiers above tier 1, what never expires, and everything else that governs a reward are in the Rewards programme terms. What is recorded, what crosses to the store and the name of the company that receives it are in the Privacy policy. Already opted in? Your code and your count are at your rewards.
