Four calculators, one idea.

They differ in which end of the chain you start from, and in what each one explains along the way. Every answer arrives with the arithmetic that produced it.

  • Peptide reconstitution
    calculator

Three numbers off the vial and the dose your healthcare professional set, and it returns the exact mark to draw to.

  • Peptide dosage
    calculator

Turns a dose that is already set into the volume that carries it, in millilitres and in syringe units.

  • Bacteriostatic water
    calculator

Try a water volume before you add it, and see what it does to the concentration and to every draw that follows.

  • Insulin syringe unit

Units, millilitres and micrograms are three views of one number. Reference tables for all three barrel sizes.

The one calculation behind all four.

Every peptide calculation is the same three steps. Concentration is the vial strength divided by the diluent volume. Volume is the dose divided by that concentration. Units on a U-100 insulin syringe are that volume multiplied by 100.

  1. Concentrationvial mg ÷ water mLmg/mL

What is actually in one millilitre, once the vial is mixed.

  2. Volumedose mg ÷ concentrationmL

A dose in mcg is divided by 1,000 first.

  3. Syringe unitsvolume mL × 100units

A U-100 barrel is graduated at 100 units per millilitre.

Concentration5 mg ÷ 2 mL2.5 mg/mL
Dose in mg250 mcg ÷ 1,0000.25 mg
Volume0.25 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL0.1 mL
Syringe units0.1 mL × 10010 units

Change the water and the mark moves. The same vial mixed with 1 mL puts the same dose at 5 units.

The math, already done.

Peptmate stores your vial setup once, so every scheduled dose already carries its unit figure. Doses log in a tap, and the vial counts itself down.
